Located less than 10 minutes from Thiviers, at the end of a very quiet hamlet in the countryside, it enjoys a lovely open view to the west. In summer, the shade of the lime trees brings great freshness.
Couple, small family or teleworker, our cottage will satisfy you!
It is located at the end of a dead end and at the entrance to the property. We live at the other end of this farmhouse, so we will be neighbors. The operation of the cottage is completely independent and you will be fully autonomous.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature, you can come across deer, tits, salamanders…
Nature walks possible: meadow, forest, river…
Inside
The cottage is on one level and has three rooms: a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen-dining room.
- The bedroom has a double bed (160×200) convertible into two single beds (80×200). All bedding is very recent and comfortable.
- The living room has a sofa bed (140×190) and a lounge chair, as well as a work desk (140×60) with ergonomic chair.
- The kitchen is well equipped, simple, functional and bright, with a refrigerator, a gas cooker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, crockery, etc.
- The bathroom, with 80×80 shower, washbasin and WC.
Ideally the cottage is for 2 people, because it has only one real bedroom (modular into a double bed or two single beds), but it can also accommodate a couple with two children or two couples or two workers.
Internet access is available via high-speed wifi. Most 3G/4G mobile networks are available.
The interior spaces are non-smoking.
Pets are generally not allowed inside.
All the rooms of the cottage are at your disposal and are not shared with other people. The outdoor spaces are accessible and are shared with residents and other travellers.
Please note that some outdoor areas can be dangerous for children, who remain under your sole responsibility (construction sites, pool, etc.).
