Booking conditions
- 30% deposit to validate a booking.
- Check deposit on arrival: 300€.
Minimum rental period
- Generally 3 nights,
- weekend in mid-season: 2 nights ➛ +30% of the price,
- high/very high season (July-August): 4 nights,
- + exceptions on a case-by-case basis (ex: if booking a single night ➛ price +60%).
Options
- Package cleaning: 25€ (you leave without cleaning).
